Abstract

In my lecture I would like to present some thoughts of the „philosophy of right“ for the Kyoto-school, in which the philosophers have acquired the euro-american theories on the one hand, but on the other hand they knew the east-Asian buddhis concepts of “right” (dharma) and “nature” (tsû-ran) in their starting point of thinking. Already the concept of „human“ and it’s self-awakening was a big theme for them. Together with them we could attempt some intercultural deliberations regarding the “human rights”.
Keywords: Philosophy of right, Kyoto-school, east-Asian buddhis concepts.
